  I would like to know how I can mail multiple pieces of mail at the same time and while the pieces that went clear across the country were received and my checks cleared but the piece of mail that was going to City Hall in the same town has still not arrived there. It cost me an extra $50 in late fees that never should have existed but they do because somehow my mail just disappeared. Hmmmm , my pigeon could've gotten it there.

  Customer service here is terrible. Every time I've went into their building I've been treated rudely. Once I went in there to get my mail and I was givin attitude about how my mail is there because my mail box at my apartment was full, and that I should be "more responsible and check it more often". Another time I called in advance TWICE to check to make sure I had everything I needed for my passport and then get there and was told I don't have the correct things. So when I tell the woman that I called not once but TWICE she just keeps repeating her self on what I actually need. Not acknowledging that I said I called twice and this is what I was told. Not asking me who I spoke to so they can train their employees correctly, or give them correct information. I will be going out of my way to never step foot back in this postal office. I wish I couldn't even give them 1 star.
