- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is the best DMV! Quick service no matter what your needs are and everyone is really nice. A few years ago, I needed to renew my plates. I went to the DMV in St. Peter's off 94 and after waiting in line for 40 min it was finally my turn. I had all my paper work ready to go and my checkbook out, the lady behind the counter slammed my paperwork on the counter and said "we can't use this tax receipt, it has the wrong year listed." I asked her to look again because 2 days before I went and got a new copy of my receipt just for this purpose. She told me to come back when I'm properly prepared then asked for the next person in line. I felt humiliated even though I knew the information was correct. I drove the the DMV off K, walked in, walked straight up to someone behind the counter, was greeted with a smile and within 5 min I had my new tags! I told her what happened at St. Peter's and she smiled and kinda laughed while she whispered "we get that a lot!"By Tiffany Maldeney, April 28, 2017
