  Sandy Kessler and her team have been awesome to work with! I think they take that "good neighbor" think pretty seriously. I know that sounds corny, but it's true!!! They really care!

  Has to be the absolute worst insurance agent in business. Go ANYWHERE but here. They will take your payments for 8 years straight and then when they have to cover a fender bender they will drop you without any warning. The staff is awful and won't assist you with anything. Just a horrible business that will hopefully close down once they screw over enough customers.

  I got full coverage insurance in Feb. Right before my March payment they sent me a letter stating my insurance went up and did not state why. So I called, they could not give me a reason why and said they would call me back within 20 mins. I never got a call. A week later i called again and spoke with someone about my bill going up. She again said she didn't know why and promised she would figure it out and call me back in 10 mins. It is now a week after the second person I spoke with told me they would help me. Very poor customer service. Never get to speak with anyone I always have to leave a message and i never get a call back. I don't recommend this place for anything.
